Meet Our Team

Robert Aguilera

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Rob is an experienced executive management professional who leads the overall strategy and management of CCJP.

He is a senior acquisition professional with 30+ years of demonstrated success in the support of DoD and DHS Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) initiatives and initiating business process reengineering to maintain innovation in management and execution.

Rob is a retired Naval Officer of 25 years with expertise in Submarine, Mine and Naval Coastal Warfare, Diving and Salvage, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and expeditionary operations.


Kevin Kreger

Program Manager, T&E Engineer

Kevin is a highly experienced professional specializing in Program Management, Test and Evaluation, business planning, acquisition and contract management and risk assessment for the federal government, including DHS Science & Technology, DHS’s BioWatch System Program Office and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). He supports project development and management as a T&E subject matter expert for federal clients.

Kevin is a former Navy SEAL and served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years.


Steven Vigus

Test Engineer & Business Development Manager

Steve is an experienced Systems Acquisition and Test Engineer professional with an in-depth background in supporting major acquisitions and program and project execution as a senior T&E specialist for DoD and DHS agencies and departments.

Steve is a military veteran having served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Coast Guard as an operational test director and helicopter pilot and holds an MS in Acquisition Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.


Pamela Hamilton

Facility Security Officer

Pamela is an accomplished industrial security expert with 20 years of security professional experience. She is a dynamic planner and developer of top performing security programs focused on facility clearances, inspection readiness training and development, personnel security, and physical security construction. She is responsible for ensuring NISPOM adherence in relation to personnel and security clearances.

Pamela is the recipient of multiple James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Awards and individual company achievement and awards for outstanding support and services.
