Program Management Office (PMO) and Acquisition Support

Our Program Management Office (PMO) and Acquisition Support services ensure that programs operate at or above the established program objectives for schedule, cost and quality. Our approach also encompasses strategic planning, project planning, pre-acquisition, acquisition, implementation / deployment, and operations and maintenance oversight. We apply a standards-based approach to monitor and report key metrics and identify trends.

A critical aspect of our role demands we acquire and transform data into meaningful and actionable insights in areas such as cost management, financial forecasting and Return on Investment (ROI). Once a program is operating as planned, we continue to push efficiency to find additional areas for cost savings and opportunities to enhance performance beyond the original baseline standard.

Test and Evaluation (T&E)

Crucible CJP provides a full range of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services from design of experiments through execution, data reduction/analysis and reporting. We can adapt our approach to fit any segment of the system engineering and acquisition lifecycles. We utilize structured and in-depth processes to identify the performance factors and test metrics that most directly affect the evaluation of operational utility, effectiveness and/or suitability.

Our test engineers and analysts are certified T&E professionals who have demonstrated skills in Design of Experiments, mission-based testing, integrated testing, and the complementary and flexible integration of these services.
