Kunal Singh

President/Chief Executive Officer

Kunal is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the public sector, specializing in computer network operations, computer network defense, and partner engagements. With a rich background in safeguarding and optimizing network infrastructures, Kunal has been instrumental in leading and implementing cutting-edge strategies to ensure the security and efficiency of critical national systems.

Kunal is committed to advancing the field of computer network operations and defense. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Information Assurance. He has received numerous awards throughout his career.

Dan Danckwerth

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Dan is an advisor to the President on company financial goals and objectives and oversees the execution of Crucible’s business plan. He has responsibility to establish and maintain a broad network of public and private sector partnerships geared to help Crucible maintain its role as a leading provider of technical and operational support services to both the federal and private sectors. Dan provides leadership and oversight of the company’s business development efforts, helping to integrate and synchronize these efforts in light of our goals, objectives and plans.

Dan has over 40 years of experience in the public and private sector leading technical programs and organizations as well as integrated global government mission operations.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State, a Master of Science in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a civilian graduate of the National War College.

Pamela Hamilton

Facility Security Officer

Pamela is an accomplished industrial security expert with 20 years of security professional experience. She is a dynamic planner and developer of top performing security programs focused on facility clearances, inspection readiness training and development, personnel security, and physical security construction. She is responsible for ensuring NISPOM adherence in relation to personnel and security clearances.

Pamela is the recipient of multiple James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Awards and individual company achievement and awards for outstanding support and services.

Geoffrey Hamilton

Facility Security Officer

Geoffrey has been an active member of the industrial security community since 2024.  Utilizing his background in training and information technology, Geoffrey develops an engaging and effective security program that focuses on obtaining and maintaining personnel and facility clearances, physical security, and insider threat awareness. He is responsible for ensuring NISPOM adherence in relation to personnel and security clearances.
